- 3 / 5By Cheryl RI went to this spa by myself and had a great experience. Told my friends about it and they could not wait to go. Made appointments for us over a month and we could not wait. Just called today to confirm and they didnt have appointments on the books. The owner Sheila did not even try to help correct this error. The people that were coming with me are coming from out of town and took the weekend off for this exerience that will never happen. I explained this to her and she could care less. I would never recommend this place to anyone because of the POOR customer service. I recommend you keep your money and go to a place this is more customer friendly and try to correct any errors they made.July 11, 2016
